Note: This session is week two of a five week block.
This is a Junior session aimed at developing young triathletes.
We will be alternating between sessions of swim & run and bike and run.
One hour swim session at London Fields Lido followed by either a 45 minute run (in London Fields) or bike session at the Olympic Velopark.
We will aim to run these through the summer with a view to race at our club Junior Aquathlons in August and October.
For ages 8-15. The session will be divided into ability but is aimed at developing front crawl and fitness.
NOTE: Participants will need to be able to swim at least 50m comfortably.
