This is a Junior session aimed at developing young triathletes. Our sessions alternate between Bike fitness and skills (with private hire of the Olympic Velopark Road Circuit or on the disused road) and running. We use drills, circuits, and games to encourage junior athletes to have fun, build confidence and improve technique. We will prepare them to be triathlon race-ready, though racing is entirely optional and many athletes come along for the fitness and camaraderie aspect of training.
For ages 7-17. The session will be divided based on ability.
