Meet: Outside the Copper Box gym under the R U N sculpture at 6:50am

Coffee: If you have time we’ll head over to the pavilion cafe in Victoria Park after the ride.
Aim: is for a more sociable group ride but course is great for some interval efforts too.
(If you want a high effort work out, join us on Thursday mornings in Regents Park, 7am, riding anti clockwise.)
We ride at the pace of the slowest rider, 2 riders abreast. Course is also varied with a couple of climbs, descents, and a long flat section, so you’ll get a workout just riding around with the group. Traffic is really light, so great session for those wanting to develop their group riding confidence. All welcome, the more the merrier!
Please be SELF SUFFICIENT
- Make sure you have a pump, inner tube and puncture repair kit.
- Make sure you dress appropriately for the conditions of the day.
- Make sure your bike is in good working order and it poses no risk to others in the ride group.
- This an uncoached, not a lead ride, on open roads so be safe.
- All attendees are responsible for themselves, their equipment and must obey the club rules, traffic lights and laws of the road at all times.
