This is a Junior session aimed at developing young triathletes. These sessions will focus on agility/strength/fitness. We use drills, circuits, and games to encourage junior athletes to have fun, build confidence and improve technique. We will prepare them to be triathlon race-ready, though racing is entirely optional and many athletes come along for the fitness and camaraderie aspect of training.
For ages 7-17. The session will be divided based on ability.
