Coached run session, meeting point at the entrance of London Fields Lido.
The run will involve a warm up, a set of running drills, main set (intervals), cool down and stretching.
All abilities welcome! We will run loops around London Fields, Victoria Park or Mile End Park for the main set – therefore none will be left behind and you can run at your own pace.
You can leave your belongings in a locker at London Fields Lido (£1 coin). Please make sure you bring appropriate clothing for the weather including footwear as part of the session may be on grass.
Please sign up online as we need to know who is attending and their details beforehand to pass onto our coaches, you will not be able to participate if you have not done so. This applies to members as well where the session is free.
