Note: This session is week three of a six week block — this course is fully booked.
The is a progressive six week course aimed at novice and intermediate triathletes who are looking to improve their front crawl technique.
The course will be coached by Mick Cairns. Mick is a long standing coach with London Fields Triathlon Club and Victoria Park Harriers.
The course is progressive, so it is recommended that you be able to attend at least five of the six sessions in order to get the maximum benefit of the programme.
You will require swim fins (not dive fins), pull buoy and hand paddles. Attempting some of the exercises without these training aids can be very difficult. It is also recommended that you bring a bottle of water or sports drink to drink during the session.
