Yoga for Athletes Online.
Please join us for this 6 week course of ‘Yoga for Athletes Online’ beginning on Monday the 23rd March, 2020 at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start. The classes are 70 minutes and are now going to be held online given the current world situation.
This new block of yoga will focus on keeping moving, supporting our mental and emotional selves during this difficult time. There will be some deep hip opening, and some time to reflect and connect.
Classes will be held on Zoom so you will need to download the app for free online. www.zoom.us
An access code and information will be sent prior to the session.
To get the best out of your session at home please make sure you have adequate space and ideally a mat to practice on.
