Welcome back to hips that move and are stable! we will focus on hamstring flexibility and keeping our body moving efficiently during these colder months.

 

Bring yourself, a mat if you have one and wear something that you can move in.

Classes start at 18.45pm and the room will be open from 18.35pm.
