This block will focus on Shoulders and Core.
As many of us are returning to swimming having had somewhat of a break, we may have noticed the impact this has on our Neck shoulders and upper back muscles. You may have also noticed, since swimming more, some fatigue in your triceps and shoulders whilst riding you bike? We will work on lengthening some of those tired areas, whilst strengthening the core muscles. This block will still include easing the big hitters (Glutes/Quads/Hamstrings) that always need some tlc.
