Chatty RP laps
Join us for some chatty laps around Regent’s Park every Wednesday at 7am. Meet here at 6:55am. Groups set off at 7am sharp going anti-clockwise. Open Water Swim Course (2 of 4)
Swimmers should be competent to swim at least 400m in a pool setting (continuous front crawl). The course will then be for anyone entering their first race through to experienced triathletes trying to gain the extra competitive edge. The course lasts for 4 weeks. Find out more »
