There will be a brand new 6 week course of ‘Yoga for Athletes Online’ beginning on Monday the 23rd March, 2020; 6.30pm. The classes are 70minutes and are now going to be held online given the current situation.
Hosted by Gail Wilkinson, club member, yoga instructor and experienced triathlete.
This new block of yoga will focus on staying strong whilst bringing a spring into your step; taking care to put in time at the beginning of the season to address any residue niggles left over from winter, (tight hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps) and to learn how to take care of your body, in a more holistic way.
Classes will be held on Zoom so you will need to download the app for free online. www.zoom.us
An access code and information will be sent prior to the session.
To get the best out of your session at home please make sure you have adequate space and ideally a mat to practice on.
