Open water swim
A one hour swim at West Reservoir. This is a session supervised by a BTF qualified Level 2 / Level 3 coach, suitable for novices and experienced triathletes. Bright swim hats (not blue, black, white.. your LFTC hat is perfect) and goggles are compulsory. Wetsuit is compulsory unless the venue and the coach specify otherwise.
