As we farewell our aquathlon for another year it is one of the biggest weekends on the calendar this weekend. It’s Kona time!

North Norfolk Triathlon and Challenge Weymouth
A massive weekend of racing this weekend which sees LFTC battling the North Norfolk Triathlon Club and the girls taking on Challenge Weymouth and Challenge Weymouth Half.

During the Commonwealth Games there were a number of performances that I thought were truly inspirational. Sharn McNeill’s story, completing Ironman Cairns with ALS and a little help from her friends, is also quite incredible.
